Serving as the first point of contact for students applying to study abroad programs, the remote Admissions Advisor will provide expert guidance on program options, assist with the application process, and manage high volumes of communication while achieving personal and team targets. Key responsibilities Advise students on appropriate CIEE programs based on academic interests and eligibility Provide individualized support throughout the application process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up Organize and host information sessions and events to promote CIEE programs and support student recruitment efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or international equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service-oriented field Experience in student advising, customer service, or higher education preferred Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in presenting to groups Study abroad experience strongly preferred
