Engaging with prospective students through various communication channels, the full-time Admission Counselor I will assist in enrolling students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs remotely while serving as a liaison to other campus departments. Key responsibilities Conduct phone interviews to evaluate prospective students' needs and provide information on program offerings Assist students through the admission process while adhering to policies and compliance standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery to prospective students Required qualifications An associate degree or some college coursework completed; equivalent experience may be accepted At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales Flexibility to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday Must reside in an approved state within the Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
