Position Summary: Supportsundergraduate and graduate enrollment growth through strategic outreach,relationship development, CRM management, and enrollment pipeline coordination.Serves as a key member of the Admissions team responsible for cultivatingrecruitment partnerships, managing prospective student engagement strategies,and supporting enrollment initiatives that increase student access andenrollment opportunities.
The Enrollment OutreachCoordinator develops and maintains relationships with key recruitment partners,including Catholic high schools, diocesan organizations, corporate partners,municipal organizations, community colleges, and other community-based organizations.This position serves as an enrollment resource by presenting BenedictineUniversity's academic programs, scholarship opportunities, student experience,and enrollment pathways while creating meaningful connections that supportprospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment.
Essential JobResponsibilities: 1. Develop, cultivate, and maintain strategic recruitmentpartnerships with Catholic high schools, diocesan organizations, corporatepartners, municipal organizations, community colleges, and othercommunity-based organizations to expand enrollment pipelines and increaseawareness of Benedictine University. Conduct outreach visits, presentations,and information sessions for prospective students, families, school counselors,community partners, and organizational stakeholders. Represent BenedictineUniversity at recruitment events, college fairs, classroom presentations,partner events, and community engagement opportunities. Collaborate withinternal campus partners to create meaningful recruitment experiences anddevelop initiatives that strengthen institutional relationships, increaseprospective student engagement, and support enrollment goals. Track partnershipactivity, engagement outcomes, and enrollment results to evaluate effectivenessand recommend opportunities for continued growth and expansion.
2. Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events,information sessions, campus visits, and enrollment programming designed toengage prospective students and support enrollment conversion. Assist with admitted student events, registration programs,campus experiences, and other recruitment initiatives that enhance prospectivestudent connections with Benedictine University.
Collaborate with Admissions staff and campus partners toensure events are organized, student-focused, and aligned with enrollmentpriorities.
3. Review and evaluate admissions applications andsupporting documentation to ensure timely processing and admission decisions inaccordance with institutional policies. Maintain accurate applicant records,recruitment territory reports, and enrollment data while utilizing CRM andstudent information systems to monitor prospective student progress throughoutthe enrollment funnel.
4. Participate in departmental meetings, strategic planning sessions, professional developmentopportunities, and University events. Collaborate with Enrollment Managementleadership and campus partners to develop innovative recruitment strategies,evaluate enrollment trends, share best practices, and implement initiativesthat support institutional enrollment goals and student success.
OtherFunctions: -Working with student workers/student callers.
-Collaborating with co-workers regarding new recruitment strategies, make suggestions to improve past strategies, and increase marketing opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales/recruitingpreferred.
Specific Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office softwarerequired and experience with PeopleSoft administrative system preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications: Yes. Valid Driver's License required.
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Use of computer screen, phone and customer service. May require bending, or sitting for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
