Administrator - Nursing Home

Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Must have valid OH Administrator license
- Must have prior experience as a LNHA
- Must have a background in census building, as well as experience with Vents and a Bargaining Unit
- Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing
- Must have excellent leadership skills
- Must be a self-starter and energetic
- Proven Leadership & Management skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
