Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home :
Must have valid OH Administrator license
Must have prior experience as a LNHA
Must have a background in census building, as well as experience with Vents and a Bargaining Unit
Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing
Must have excellent leadership skills
Must be a self-starter and energetic
Proven Leadership & Management skills
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home :
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
