Job TitleSupervision and coordination of care and services to patients of Adirondack Health. Functions as a resource, role model and advisor for staff. Coordinates resources to enhance care and supports comprehensive care delivery to our patients twenty four hours a day, every day of the year.
Must possess a high degree of clinical competence and able to use interpersonal skills successfully throughout the organization.Educational Requirements/QualificationsCurrent NYS RN license, BSN preferredACLS, PALS, NRP certification requiredFive years nursing experience with at least one year critical care (ER/ICU)One year supervisor experience preferredDemonstrates leadership ability with excellent communication skillsDemonstrates critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to make a decision within organizational structurePay Range:$48.00 - $54.00 / hour
