Executive AssistantSupport the Mission of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking experienced Executive Assistants to provide executive level administrative support to senior leadership at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) at its Headquarters in Washington, DC. These roles directly support DFC leadership and operations and require professionals who can perform in a fast paced, high visibility federal environment.

This position is contingent on contract awardKey ResponsibilitiesProvide high level administrative and executive support to DFC Senior Leaders and their officesOrganize and prioritize a high incoming flow of work and correspondenceManage complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and official engagementsRespond to and coordinate requests for meetings, invitations, and eventsGreet and escort guests at DFC HeadquartersMaintain control and tracking systems to ensure timely responses and task completionDraft and proofread correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other official documentationManage incoming and outgoing communications including email and phone coordinationAssist with travel coordination and voucher processingMaintain records and databases, including tracking projects and deadlinesCoordinate with internal departments and stakeholders on administrative initiatives and data callsProcess internal ethics clearances for speaker participation at events or widely attended gatheringsSupport procurement and acquisition processes under appropriate supervisionPerform additional administrative duties as requiredWork Location & ScheduleThis position is performed on site at either DFC Headquarters in Washington, D.C. or the DFC field office in New York City, NY. Contractors must work eight hours per day with a forty-five minute lunch break.
Core business hours are 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM. Flexible arrival and departure times are permitted within the 8:00 AM to 6:45 PM window, consistent with DFC policy and supervisory guidance.Qualifications RequiredMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceThree to five years of experience providing executive or administrative support in one or more of the following environments: Federal government International organization Financial institution Comparable executive office environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast paced environmentDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work on site during DFC core business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM, with flexibility within the 8:00 AM to 6:45 PM windowCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience. 401(k) retirement plan.
