If you want a role where you can grow into something bigger, this is the launchpad.Core ResponsibilitiesLead coordination of RFQs, RFPs, and SOQs from kickoff through submission, including formatting, content assembly, and deadline managementExecute digital marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website updates to maintain a consistent and professional brand presenceDevelop and maintain marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, and qualification packages for technical staffSupport business development efforts by identifying municipal bid opportunities and maintaining CRM tracking for pursuits and client engagementManage day-to-day office operations, including meeting coordination, document control, and communication across technical teamsAssist in planning and executing client engagement initiatives, including events and outreach strategiesMaintain internal organization systems and support onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth, high-functioning office environmentAct as a central connector between marketing, leadership, and technical teams to keep initiatives moving forwardRequired QualificationsExperience: 2–5 years in marketing coordination, business development support, or senior administrative roles (AEC experience strongly preferred)Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing platformsProposal Experience: Exposure to professional services proposals, RFQs, RFPs, or government bid processesCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail, formatting, and organizationWork Setting: Ability to work full-time on-site in Houston, TXPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Adobe InDesign for proposal and marketing collateral developmentFamiliarity with civil engineering, surveying, or construction observation terminologyExperience with CRM systems for tracking leads, pursuits, and client interactionsInterest in growing into a Marketing Manager or Business Development leadership roleAbout Amani EngineeringAmani Engineering is a premier, multi-disciplinary firm providing integrated civil engineering, surveying, and SUE services for over 27 years.
