Providing administrative support to the Financial Planning & Analysis department, the full-time Administrative Generalist will manage document organization, assist with scheduling and correspondence, and support divisional operations in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Assist in maintaining paper and electronic document management to ensure compliance with project and regulatory standards Coordinate divisional support services, including inquiries, meetings, and travel arrangements Update and maintain document tracking databases, preparing reports and responding to inquiries Required qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience or a one-year college diploma in a relevant field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in the London office on a hybrid basis Experience in a legal environment is considered an asset
