The Administrative Director of Nursing Services provides leadership and oversight for all nursing departments and clinical services within the facility in which they have oversight. This includes, but is not limited to, Medical/Surgical Units, Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and associated clinics. The Administrative Director is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and related services, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. xqrzhdi This role functions at the executive nursing leadership level for the facility, with accountability for establishing and maintaining standards of nursing practice, while operating under the administrative leadership structure of Shannon Health.
