Administrative Director for Liver Transplant Service LineThe Administrative Director is to provide comprehensive leadership of the administrative, clinical, and community outreach functions for the Liver Transplant service line. Responsible for the program's adherence to all policies, procedures and by-laws of the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), and the Conditions of Participation promulgated by CMS and HRSA regulations. In conjunction with the COO and the Program Director for Liver Transplantation, develops strategic plans for business growth and development for the practice.
Directs the staff at providing patient outreach and care as aligned with leading practices for transplant, and at achieving operational and clinical metrics as determined in collaboration with respective leaders for these areas. University Hospital considers multiple factors when determining compensation, including (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant work experience, education and training, key skills, internal equity, market data, and organizational needs.
