Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.As part of a unique and highly skilled team, you'll participate in the development of space launch vehicles as an Administrative Coordinator. This role focuses on meeting logistics, conference room readiness, catering coordination, and general operational support that enables teams to work efficiently. This role serves as the operational backbone for meetings and workplace coordination. We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent communication, administrative and customer service skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment, while embracing teamwork.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work across teams and communicate effectively. You will primarily be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative /meeting support functions at our various office locations, which requires 10% travel to support supporting a growing workforce of engineers, technicians, and other professionals. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare conference rooms and meeting spaces according to meeting requirements and room layoutsArrange and re-position tables, chairs, podiums, whiteboards, easels and other meeting furnitureSet up meeting materials and suppliesCoordinate catering delivery, set up, beverage station, restock items as neededEnsure meeting spaces remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout the dayReset conference rooms to standard configuration after each meetingAssist with room turnovers between consecutive meetings, often under tight timelinesCoordinate with Facilities, Security, Janitorial, and IT teams to ensure all teams are aware of meeting needs and able to support where neededSupport internal team events, offsites, monthly meetings and all-hands gatherings through physical setup and logistical executionManage storage and organization of team supplies, event materials, and reusable suppliesMove carts, lift boxes, move furniture and equipment as needed to support meeting and event operations.Respond quickly to last-minute meeting requests and changing priorities with a customer service mindsetKnowledge, skills, and ability with visitor management & security protocols for reception.
