Administrative CoordinatorHondros College of Nursing is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for the Dayton Campus! This is an entry level role and great opportunity to join us in making a difference in lives of others!Responsibilities:Serves as a student, faculty, and staff resource and ambassador for the collegeProvides professional, courteous, timely front/reception desk customer service to students, faculty, staff, and customers; referring students, faculty, staff, and customers to other college support services as neededPerforms general office administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, processing book returns, issuing uniforms, and scheduling, organizing, and operating classrooms and campus-based spacesComplete student payment processes including taking payments, completing ledger corrections, and making bank depositsCreates and maintains student academic files; ensuring all compliance requirements are metCreates and maintains student academic documentation trackingExecutes student cancellation reportingPartners with the Registrar's Office to complete student file audits; ensuring that student files remain accurate and compliantRecords and maintains student attendance recordsCoordinates and manages student IEP testingOrders and maintains office supplies and equipmentParticipates in new student orientation activitiesPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:A Bachelor's Degree preferredAt least one year experience in admissions, student services, or campus operations positionSkills:Excellent Knowledge of admissions/registration and student services processesStrong Customer Service SkillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsStrong knowledge of career development and job search processesExcellent presentation skillsFlexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to maintain security of confidential student recordsAbility to work with a diverse student populationAbout Us:Since 2006, Hondros College of Nursing has been graduating high-quality, work-ready nurses who enter the field with exceptional clinical, communication and collaborative skills.
