This person will manage calendars, plan meetings and events, coordinate travel logistics, research and provide technical solutions in a paperless environment, and perform additional administrative functions.

S/he will be interacting regularly with Staff members at all levels of the organization, Chick-fil-A Operators, and outside individuals and organizations as needed. This role requires a focus on both results and relationships. Teams at Chick-fil-A work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative manner. Often the responsibilities require real-time prioritization and flexibility on the part of this role.

This position is based in the Chick-fil-A, Inc Support Center in Atlanta, GA.ResponsibilitiesCalendar management and maintenancePrepare invoices, reports, memos, letters/email communications, financial statements, and other documents using Microsoft SuiteHelp coordinate logistics as needed, including working with vendors, setting date/time, coordinating schedules, hosting, and providing on-site supportDevelop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over timeCoordinate travel arrangements/reservations and complete expense reportsConduct research and compile data for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
