Business Enablement CoordinatorThe Business Enablement Coordinator is an early-career role designed for high-potential talent looking to build a strong foundation in business operations. This role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and business insight to support leaders and drive team effectiveness. You'll serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also owning small projects and contributing to broader team initiatives such as Zelis Connect. This role is intentionally designed as a stepping stone into broader business roles at Zelis, offering exposure to leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic work.
This is a hybrid position working from our Atlanta office 2-3 days per week.Project Management & Business SupportLead and support small-scale projects across Price from planning through execution (e.g., Zelis Connect events), ensuring alignment to goals and timelines.Develop and manage project plans, track key deliverables, identify risks, and provide clear, consistent status updates to stakeholders.Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure projects stay on track and dependencies are proactively managed.Analyze operational data to monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Synthesize insights and provide recommendations to leaders to enhance team effectiveness and outcomes.Build business acumen through exposure to strategic priorities and MIT-aligned work.Executive SupportCoordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling complex meetings across stakeholdersBook and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries and logisticsCoordinate team events, offsites, and food/catering logisticsPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups (notes, action items, tracking)Support leaders with day-to-day operational needs to enable focus on high-impact workSupport the coordination of town halls, including agenda development, slide preparation, and overall logisticsCommunication & Content SupportReview and refine business presentations (PowerPoint) for clarity, structure, and messagingDraft internal communications, updates, and summaries for leadershipEnsure materials are polished, consistent, and aligned with audience needsOther key duties as assignedThis role is expected to work from the Zelis Atlanta office.What You'll BringBachelor's degree (Business, Communications, or related field preferred)1–3 years of experience in business operations or project management rolesDemonstrated project management skills or experience managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Experience supporting leaders or coordinating projectsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesInterest in business operations, strategy, or project managementAI First mindset on how to get work done: Curiosity and willingness to learn new toolsPlease note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.Location and Workplace FlexibilityZelis is headquartered in the U.S., with multiple locations across the country and in Hyderabad, India.
