Role Overview
CreateMe is hiring an Administrative Business Partner to support the Office of the CEO and key business operations across the company, working closely with the Founder & CEO and the executive team. This role reports directly to the Founder & CEO, with a secondary reporting line to the Director of People and Business Operations.
This is a high-expectation, high-learning role for someone highly capable, detail-oriented, and motivated to accelerate their career by working directly with a founder and executive team.
You will support the administrative and operational backbone of the company; ensuring priorities move forward, communication is clear, and execution follows through without drop-off. This is a hands‑on administrative role at its core, requiring consistent execution across documentation, coordination, and day‑to‑day operational tasks at a high standard and pace. The work ranges from highly tactical to increasingly strategic over time, as scope and responsibility expand.
You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and leadership team on real priorities across the business, gaining visibility into decision‑making, execution, and how operations scale. Over time, as trust and performance are established, you will take on increasing responsibility and ownership of more complex, high‑impact administrative and operational work. For strong performers who demonstrate a consistent track record of high‑quality execution, typically after at least 12 months, this progression is expected to lead to a transition into a full‑time, benefits‑eligible role with equity participation.
This is a high‑pace, high‑output role. Speed and responsiveness are the single most important drivers of success in this role. Responsiveness, prioritization, and consistent execution matter. You move quickly, exercise strong judgment, and favor progress over perfection while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
You will work closely with leaders across finance, marketing, commercialization, engineering, apparel development, manufacturing, and facilities; supporting administrative and operational efficiency across teams and gaining exposure to how a company is built and scaled.
This is a part‑time hourly role (25–29 hours per week).
This position is not eligible for new employment visa sponsorship. Candidates must have full authorization to work in the United States.
This role is primarily onsite in our R&D Innovation Center in Newark, CA, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The CreateMe office is in Newark, CA and this role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
