This includes claimants, businesses, medical providers, insurance companies and legal representatives.Essential Functions:Preparing case filingsDocketing court dates and filing deadlinesPrepare court orders and subpoenasManaging restitution payment accountsAssist AAG with coordination of witnesses and court filing documentsDistribution of unit mailMaintaining computer and hard copy filing systemsSupporting WCIF Attorneys and Agents with administrative functionsResponsible for documenting meeting minutes by accurately dictating, formatting and distributing meeting minutes, action items and decisions.Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Applicants must possess excellent communication and computer skills.
