Ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual available in Austin, TX, Spring 2026. This role offers exposure to innovative tools and processes that drive organizational efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve data accuracy and workflow performance.ResponsibilitiesElevate Operations: Support daily administrative needs for our research, outcomes, quality, and data analytics teams.Innovate & Organize: Lead organizational projects to streamline our team's efficiency and optimize our workspace.Digital Transformation: Design and implement crucial digital directories, calendars, and processes.Learn & Grow: Gain hands-on experience in program administration and project management within a leading medical institution.Required QualificationsEligible for Work-Study employment with UTWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to arrive on time and maintain flexibilityFluency in English with strong communication skillsInterest in public health, healthcare, social science, or researchUnderstanding of patient confidentialityEligible for Work-Study employment with UTRelevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Preferred QualificationsCandidates should have experience working in a clinical setting that involves patient interaction. They should also have completed coursework in health education, public health, research methodology, or social science.
