The CSA will support contracting and program operations by delivering organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient administrative support across the acquisition lifecycle. A current TS/SCI is required.
The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, and comfortable operating in structured federal contracting environments. This role requires strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.This position is contingent on contract awardResponsibilities:Support the Sponsor's unique contract writing system, specific processes, and workflowsSupport acquisition and contract lifecycle activitiesPerform data entry and data retrieval in/from Sponsor's applications, share drives, databases, and tools typically including SharePoint, BASIS Acquisitions (Momentum), Acquisition Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform, COGNOS Reports, Invoice Payment Platform Search, and the Contract Writing System (CWS)Settle contracts and closeouts by performing the required steps, in accordance with the Sponsor's settlement guidance and policiesSupport contract file maintenance, which may include organizing and maintaining files in multiple formats (e.g., electronic copies and hardcopies)Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logisticsMaintain organized contract files and records (electronic and physical)Provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate initiative in learning contract processes and organizational proceduresIndependently manage assigned tasks and meet deadlinesRequired Qualifications:TS/SCIThree years of contract administration experienceFive years' work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point; and Adobe AcrobatFive years of administrative support experience to include developing correspondence, providing customer service, scheduling, and filing documents.Three years of work experience in any of the following areas or equivalent fields: contracts, office administration, finance, and program administration.Desired Qualifications:DAWIA Level I (or higher) in Contracting or FAC-C Level I (or higher) certificationExperience with Acquisition Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems and/or Contract Writing Systems (CWS)Associate's degree or other advanced degreeExperience supporting Federal, State, or Local government acquisition processesExperience supporting organizations within the Intelligence CommunityBenefitsAt ASG, we recognize and reward your contributions.
