Senior Administrative AssistantYou will be a Senior Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Director of Contracts for Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and supporting other F&BO Directors and executive leadership. Our team is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to drive business success. You would be the "first face" of the F&BO executive staff.As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Directors in managing their activities, maintaining confidentiality, and providing a professional and welcoming presence. You will screen incoming calls and visitors, manage calendars, arrange travel, and process visitor requests.
