Our holistic model also extends assistance to shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical/dental clinics.Position Highlights:$19.39 - $23.76 DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates100% employer-paid health insurance including medical, dental, vision, Rx, and 24/7 telemedicineProfit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan availableGenerous PTO, 8 paid holidays, and much more!What You'll Do:Provide confidential administrative support to the direct supervisor and administrative staffAnswer calls and transfer calls as necessaryScreen calls for the direct supervisor and respond when appropriateCollect, sort, and distribute all incoming mail dailyWork independently with limited direction from the direct supervisor to accomplish appropriate projects and tasksObtain absent/tardy information from supervisors and record it on the daily attendance logMaintain an updated, accessible filing systemPrepare and distribute monthly provider on-site and on-call clinic schedules to clinic staff and local hospitalsEnsure timely processing and approval of staff time cards in coordination with departmental supervisors. Distribute timesheets from Toppenish Payroll, collect, prepare, and return them when signed. Maintain copiesAttend all meetings as requested by the direct supervisorPrepare meeting agendas and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes of assigned meetingsAssist the direct supervisor with day-to-day activitiesMaintain reports as requested by the direct supervisorCompose, edit, type, and proof correspondence, reports, forms, charts, manuals, and other documents assigned by the direct supervisorMaintain conference room schedulesEnsure meeting facilities are prepared as requested by the direct supervisorAssist with patient complaints and concernsMaintain contact with staff, clinicians, patients, agencies, and members of the communitySecure travel arrangements for the direct supervisor and other staff as assignedThis position may require the ability to travel and have reliable transportation for meetings, visits to other work sites, and handling bank deposits as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDOne year's office experienceTwo years' complex office experience and responsibilities preferredAbility to type quickly and accuratelyComputer knowledge in Word, ExcelAbility to be extremely organized and accountableAbility to exercise independent judgment and discretionAbility to supervise and be sensitive to individual needs of staff and patientsAbility to work with frequent interruptionsKnowledge of medical/dental office operations preferred.Our Mission Statement"Together we transform our communities through compassionate, individualized care, eliminating barriers to health and well-being."Our mission celebrates inclusivity.
