Planning And Scheduling Administrative AssistantThe Planning and Scheduling Administrative Assistant assists with production planning, scheduling, material planning, customer delivery schedules, shipping schedules, and the coordination of work through the manufacturing process. This role serves as a key administrative resource to help ensure accurate schedules, timely communication, and efficient workflow throughout the organization.Primary Responsibilities:Assist with maintaining production schedules and customer delivery schedulesSupport material planning activities by helping determine material requirements and tracking material availabilityAssist with monitoring the flow of jobs, materials, and components through the manufacturing processHelp maintain shipping schedules and coordinate shipment informationUpdate and maintain information within ERP systems, spreadsheets, and production reportsAssist with tracking production priorities, schedule changes, and job status updatesSupport communication between Production, Purchasing, Quality, Shipping, and Customer ServiceGenerate and distribute production, scheduling, and shipment reports as neededMaintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and quality requirementsAssist with document control, data entry, and filing, and activitiesSupport inventory-related administrative activities and transaction verificationAssist with customer schedule management and delivery trackingProvide general administrative support to office personnel and management as neededPerform other administrative and operational duties as assignedRequired Skills / Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or relevant manufacturing, planning, scheduling, logistics, or administrative experience preferred but not requiredPrevious office, manufacturing, logistics, planning, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred but not requiredAbility to read prints, BOMs, and shop travelers a plusAbility to use computer systems and proficient in Excel and OutlookAbility to read part numbers, revisions, and quantities accuratelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow written procedures and work instructionsBasic math skillsMust be able to sit, stand, and walk throughout office, shop, and warehouse areas and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 poundsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Broken Arrow, OK
