Client Success ManagerOur agency is looking for a highly motivated and professional client success manager to oversee functions at our front desk. As the 'face' of our company, the successful candidate should be enthusiastic about providing our clients and co-workers with an exceptional first impression. You will perform a range of duties which include being the first point of contact for all visitors at the office, answering the phones, maintaining office appearance & supplies, sorting and filing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting customers with general billing & policy inquiries, managing social media pages, and coordinating community outreach initiatives.
