Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and maintaining records. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The place of work is Santa Barbara, California. As a hybrid position, a 20-30% of the time will be spend in the office, as require by circumstances. Remote applicants will be rejected.
Qualifications
- Administrative support skills such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
- Understanting of the sales processes (quotes, POs, Invoices)
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong MS Office proficiency

- Understanding of sam.gov and other federal acquisition platforms
