Regular working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Willingness and ability to work overtime is necessary.Duties and Responsibilities:Become knowledgeable of Lincoln's business and understand how a merger and acquisition deal process worksBecome proficient in Salesforce; gain understanding of the Deal Tracker and its functionality to perform deal related tasks Assist with entering contacts to add to marketing lists and Outlook contactsResearch companies and contacts for active deals and post close marketing initiativesWork with deal team to track status of potential investors for deals through SalesforceArrange domestic and international travel for deal teamsProcess expenses through ConcurSet up meetings in and out of the office which may include breakfast and lunch arrangementsPrint and bind books as necessaryOther administrative duties as neededPrepare and assist with UPS/FedEx shipmentsStrategic and tactical review calendar management and schedulingIntern mentorshipQualifications:Proven experience as an assistant or a similar role in a corporate environmentMinimum of Associate's Degree requiredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience using Salesforce and Concur is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong organization skills with the ability to multitaskTime management skills and the ability to prioritize workBenefits Include:Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Insurance planVSP Vision InsuranceDelta Dental InsuranceLTD, STD and Life Insurance401K Plan and Profit SharePaid Time Off on an accrual basis (17 days)Competitive salaryEnd of year nominal, discretionary annual bonusLincoln International is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.The salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 on an annual basis.
