This role also carries a bit of HR responsibility — from internal communications to initial onboarding support — making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and connecting with people across the company.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures there is a positive first impression for visitors and candidates by maintaining the reception, common areas, and lobby of the St.
Louis office.Represents the company by maintaining a welcoming, professional presence that reflects our values of caring, integrity, safety and growth.Registers visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they are escorted to the appropriate parties or conference rooms.Answers phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate personnel by maintaining current phone lists.Provides administrative support including: Scheduling meetingsAccount reconciliationFiling, copying, scanning, faxing, etc.Conducts inventory and orders office supplies.Manages catering and meal orders for meetings and special events, ensuring that receipts are managed appropriately.Maintains professional and tidy conference rooms and common areas, ensuring that conference rooms are not double-booked and that they are always stocked.
