Administrative AssistantUnited Water Restoration Group of South Florida is looking for an Office Administrator to join our Reconstruction Department at our corporate office in Deerfield Beach. In this role, you will perform clerical and administrative tasks to contribute to the success of the company.Job Duties:Be the first point of contact for new reconstruction leads — open the job, send the intro email, and schedule the customer's first appointmentCoordinate the Project Managers' calendars and keep scheduling running smoothly (no double-booking)Keep every job file clean, accurate, and complete in PSA, including photos and documentsTrack leads, permits, and subcontractor payments across our Google SheetsHelp obtain signed authorizations (Terms of Service, Work Authorization, and other documents)Follow up with customers, Project Managers, estimators, and insurance carriers on estimates and approvalsCoordinate subcontractor packages and documentation, and keep records updated in Google DriveAudit files at project close-out and make courtesy calls to request customer reviewsWhat We're Looking For:Strong organization and attention to detailExcellent phone and email communication skillsComfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlinesExperience with PSA, Xactimate, or restoration/construction admin is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusReliable, proactive, and team-orientedBenefits:Health, Vision & Dental InsurancePaid Vacation and Holidays401KCompensation:Commensurate with experienceJob Type:Full-timeSalary: $17.00 - $25.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate: Deerfield Beach, FL 33064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
