We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Johnston-Willis Hospital which is part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Administrative Assistant assists the Senior Executive Assistant, patients, visitors, other departments, co-workers and physicians as necessary; exhibits excellent customer relations; shows courtesy, compassion and respect. Communicates with hospital staff members, other hospital Administrative staffs, Directors and Physicians· You will complete correspondence and documents, take minutes at assigned meetings, organizing work to complete duties effectively and efficiently.· Organize and set up for meetings and other functions.

Assist other HCA committees and groups for on-site meeting functions as necessary· You will maintain departmental records, files and charts to meet regulatory standards and hospital policy· Collect/audit statistical data daily/monthly for designated areas. Provides daily/monthly reports as requested· Maintain calendars, set appointments and coordinate travel arrangements for Chief Operating Officer and other Senior Executives.What Qualifications You Will Need:· Previous experience as secretary with computer and word processing skills is required· Medical secretary with computer skills preferred· Graduate of a secretarial school with medical terminology and computer course also preferredBenefitsJohnston-Willis Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
