Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Port Chester, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day clerical tasks, answering phone calls, managing communications, and providing executive administrative assistance. Duties include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. Salary range $50,000 to $55,000.

- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
