Administrative Assistant

Location: Pearl City, HI

Pay Rate: $20-21/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Interview: Onsite Interview Required

Global Transportation organization seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a dynamic transportation and logistics environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, administrative support, and working collaboratively across multiple departments.

Must haves:

1-2 years previous office or administrative experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Customer service focused with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Monitoring and responding to customer emails

✅ Answering and directing incoming phone calls

✅ Providing freight and delivery updates to customers

✅ Scheduling deliveries and confirming destinations

✅ Generating customer reports and maintaining documentation

✅ Obtaining and distributing Proofs of Delivery (PODs)

✅ Assisting billing, accounting, and warehouse support teams

✅ Managing office supplies and mail distribution

✅ Supporting employee programs and office communication
