Originations Support CoordinatorThe Originations Support Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to key senior Originations leaders and the broader department. This role is essential to ensuring the department operates efficiently by managing schedules, coordinating logistics, organizing large-scale departmental activities, and supporting critical initiatives. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Responsibilities:Work day-to-day alongside key senior Originations leaders, providing administrative and operational supportSupport Originations leadership with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendarsCoordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms and taking notes during assigned meetingsPrepare and edit drafts of correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and proper formattingSupport new hire onboarding activities within the department, including coordination with HR, IT, and FacilitiesCoordinate travel arrangements for leadership and team membersPrepare expense reports for the Originations leadership teamMaintain inventory and place orders for office supplies, breakroom items, and marketing materialsCoordinate end-of-month, tax season, and other scheduled company-provided meals for the departmentWork closely with members of the management team to track critical tasks, deadlines, and deliverablesPartner with the Executive Assistant to provide additional or backup support as neededSupport departmental initiatives and special projects as neededOther responsibilities as assignedQualifications:3+ years of experience in an administrative and/or coordinator role; or a 4-year degreeProficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with Jira, Visio, OneNote, Mind Manager, or similar programs is a plusStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently using sound judgment and decision-making skillsStrong problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy; passion for detailsAbility to work with confidential information and maintain discretionFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentProficient computer skills with a strong willingness to learn new softwarePositive attitude; high energy; assertive and proactive approachWork Environment & Expectations:Fully onsite role in Spartanburg, SC (Monday through Friday)Professional office environment with regular use of standard office equipmentNo travel required for this roleEEO Statement ACA provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
