Quality Control Project Office AdministratorThe pay range for this role is $25-30/hr.Job Description:Leads overall office general administration, management, coordination, and planning for project Fleet management, equipment calibration, field supply purchasing, property management, package and mail handling, onboarding, document control access requests, and discharge of inspection staff for complex Quality Control project office.Coordinates with and manages other administrative assistants and analysts.Tracks resumes, training, and certification of inspectors for compliance with contract personnel technical requirement.Monitors expirations and plans for upcoming classes and notifications.Updates client training and certification training matrixes.Manages and coordinates the recovery and submission of inspector daily report downloads, reviews and approvals.Provides statistical analysis of report submittal drafts and final review times.Supports Area QC Leads in collection and dissemination of the reports.Coordinates and manages document control systems.Receives files and submits QC document transmittals, and traffic maintenance inspections for various QC tests and GCE reports as required.Uploads documents and transmittals to the client document control systems.Reviews tracks and monitors sub-consultant invoices; distributes costs to the project activity codes in the oracle AP invoice system.Tracks and files subconsultant costs and hours for pay applications.Monitors subconsultants for insurance and correct invoicing.Identifies administrative and document control problem areas and contribute creative solutions to our client's needs.Communicate with honesty, openness, and transparency in written and verbal form.Identify, implement, and adhere to safe working practices.Foster a team environment.Qualifications: 5 to 10 years similar experience and proven experience in a fast-paced office that performs similar services for clients and company.
Experience in DOT projects and operations preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or technical field preferred similar experience and proven performance may be substituted.
