Traveling Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant performs a variety of general administrative/clerical tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Practice Development and Training & Development departments, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication support.Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing updates, and maintaining organized documentation.Generate and maintain reports using Excel and create professional documents in Word for department use.Support virtual and in-person meetings through Teams and Outlook, including calendar management, meeting logistics, and follow-up communication.Maintain a professional presence when interacting with leadership teams, ensuring clear and respectful communication.Help organize training sessions, workshops, and departmental initiatives by managing materials and tracking attendance as needed.Perform general office and administrative duties to ensure smooth department operations.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesPrior front office experience in the medical/dental industry preferredStrong MS Office experience (Excel and Word)Previous experience with dental software (Eagle Soft, Dentrix, QSI, or similar)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship skillsAbility to maintain outgoing, friendly attitude with patients and coworkersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multitaskAbility to work with minimal supervisionPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
