Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with school management systems like Genesis and AESOP/Frontline. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff, students, and parents. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. May require occasional lifting of supplies and materials. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. This is a 12 month position, which provides clerical and administrative assistance. Salary starting at: $60,396.00.
