The role involves management of support projects from design to completion, requiring the ability to critically think and solve problems. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant is a deadline-driven professional with a strong work ethic and experience in office administration.ResponsibilitiesEnsure a positive first impression for visitors and candidates by maintaining the reception, common areas, and lobby of the Leetonia office.Represent the company by maintaining a welcoming, professional presence that reflects our values of caring, integrity, safety and growth.Register visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that safety protocol is met and PPE is provided as neededAnswer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate personnel by maintaining current phone lists.Provide administrative support including: Scheduling meetingsAccount reconciliationFiling, copying, scanning, faxing, etc.Conduct inventory and order office supplies.Manage catering and meal orders for meetings and special events, ensuring that receipts are managed appropriately.Maintain professional and tidy conference rooms and common areas, ensuring that conference rooms are not double-booked and that they are always stocked.
