As a member of the security department, you will be responsible for greeting and processing visitors, answering and managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to site management. This role will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in creating a positive first impression.Responsibilities:Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, interviewing callers and making proper referrals, arranging meetings and conferences, and receiving, referring, or answering mail.Review drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage.Answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.Gather, compile and report on information relevant to supervisors' assignment.May take and transcribe dictation.Requirements:Must be a US Citizen.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.Experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
