The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of administrative experience and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced professional environment.This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional who can independently manage schedules, coordinate meetings and events, prepare reports and presentations, and support day-to-day business operations with professionalism and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide advanced administrative support to team members and leadership.Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments efficiently while prioritizing critical tasks.Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.Meeting & Event CoordinationOrganize meeting logistics including: SchedulingAgendasConference room setupFollow-up action itemsEnsure meetings and events run smoothly with strong attention to detail.Documentation & ReportingPrepare, edit, and format: ReportsPresentationsCorrespondenceSpreadsheetsBusiness documentsConduct research and compile data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.Financial & Operational SupportAssist with: Budget trackingExpense reportingFinancial documentationEnsure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.Communication & Stakeholder SupportServe as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Deliver excellent written and verbal communication support across teams.Required Qualifications6–10 years of administrative support experience.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Technical SkillsProficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Calendar management toolsReporting and presentation softwareExperience with administrative and financial tracking systems preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting leadership teams or executives.Prior experience in corporate, utility, engineering, or professional services environments is a plus.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
