Administrative Assistant

Clapp Associates is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Clapp Associates is a successful HVAC Manufacturer's Representative serving the commercial HVAC industry. We are a small business with fewer than 10 employees, known for our strong work ethic, collaborative environment, and commitment to providing outstanding service. We are looking for a motivated individual who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with Microsoft Access and QuickBooks is a plus).
• Have knowledge of /or experience with social media and marketing (or be willing to learn).
• Be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

• Part-Time / Flexible schedule: Starting at 15–20 hours per week in our Feasterville office; great opportunity for someone looking to get back into workforce
