Experience as an executive assistant or secretary supporting mid-level management or executives in an environment that is comparable to the complexities of a mid-large urban school district. Demonstrated ability to manage and guide administrative assistants and other support staff as required. Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with school management systems like Genesis and Frontline. Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with the dynamics of an executive office, including handling confidential information and managing complex schedules. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff, students, and parents. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of accuracy in preparing and proofreading documents and managing details. Expertise in managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling high volume email correspondence.
