Administrative AssistantSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Administrative Assistant for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Durham, NC.Responsibilities:Maintain compliance and accuracy of employee personnel files, ensuring all required licensure and documentation are up to dateCollect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data and information to support HR processesRun reports and coordinate communications related to licensure, credentialing, and Joint Commission requirementsSupport HRBP with pre-hire and onboarding coordination, including tracking documentation, managing communications, and uploading records into systems (e.g., API, OnBase)Assist with new hire orientation logistics and coordinationConduct degree and credential verifications as requested by the HR teamServe as a liaison between HR and employees, supporting inquiries and facilitating communicationProvide support on special projects and departmental initiatives as assignedPerform other related duties as needed to support HR operationsRequired Skills:HS Diploma2+ years of administrative support experience of increasing variety and/or complexityExperience with ExcelAttention to detailSGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
