Job TitlePosition Summary:Key roles and responsibilities include:Greeting in-person visitors and/or callers; handling inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person according to their needs while always providing great experience and leading with a customer service mentality.Providing administrative support to the President and executive leadership team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and ensuring executives are well-organized and prepared for meetings and events.Maintaining executive and company calendars, including scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing scheduling conflicts.Coordinating and booking travel arrangements for executives and other employees as needed.Creating and maintaining databases.Setting up and maintaining paper or electronic filing systems.Maintaining confidentiality of business, client, executive, employee, and other sensitive information.Assisting with the coordination and planning of company meetings, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and managing meeting schedules.Assisting with expense reporting.Assisting with and coordinating marketing initiatives.Supporting executives with organizational tasks, follow-up activities, and administrative projects to ensure priorities are managed effectively.Working with other employees as a team to accomplish assigned tasks and projects.Other duties and special projects, as assigned.Required education, experience, and qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.One (1) or more year of experience in an office environment in an administrative role.Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.Texas Notary, preferred.Able to read, speak and write in English.Proficiency with Office software products (Word, Excel, Outlook, et cetera).Able to work under stressful conditions at times.Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty and strives for excellence in all activities.Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to thirty-five (35) pounds without strain or injury.Working conditions:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift, up to 35 pounds at times.Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.Moves throughout the building to access files.Able to work under stressful conditions at times.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Medical + dental + vision coverage.401K + company match.Life insurance + long term disability coverage – 100% company paid.Health savings account (HSA).Gym reimbursement program.Tuition reimbursement program.Wellness check program - insurance premium discounts.EAP resources.Paid holidays.Paid time off (PTO).Wilks Brothers and affiliated companies do not accept unsolicited resumes from recruitment agencies or fee-based recruitment services.
