The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, preferably in healthcare, RCM, or technology-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & General AdministrationManage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executive leadershipServe as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling email correspondence, phone communications, and administrative supportOversee visitor management and ensure a welcoming, professional office environmentHandle day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, scheduling food deliveries, coordinating office cleanings, and monitoring the company mailboxCollaborate with IT to facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding, including the setup of laptops, desktops, and access credentialsMaintain organized and accessible digital and physical filing systems to support administrative efficiency and compliance requirementsLead and support ad hoc and cross-functional projects while ensuring the seamless execution of routine office functionsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of recent administrative experience, preferably within an RCM or healthcare organizationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR/payroll systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR)Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks across departmentsDiscreet and dependable with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive informationComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervisionPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting C-level executives or sales leadershipFamiliarity with RCM workflows, healthcare terminology, and client documentationUnderstanding of compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC 2Why Join Us?Join a high-growth healthcare technology company shaping the future of revenue cycle managementCollaborate with a mission-driven team focused on excellence, innovation, and customer successEnjoy a competitive salary, benefits, and a supportive work cultureGain exposure to multiple departments and opportunities for cross-functional career growth
