Our Facility Administrators are the organizational backbone of the operation — supporting our management team, keeping our people processes on track, and making sure the facility has everything it needs to run smoothly. If you're organized, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great fit.What You'll Do:Support the onboarding process from offer to first day — paperwork, orientation, and recordsMonitor recruitment activity and help maintain healthy staffing levelsServe as a first point of contact for employee questions, working closely with the HR team to resolve themAssist with training and development tracking and documentationOrder and maintain supplies across all departmentsTrack warehouse inventory and available productsReceive, check, and sign off on incoming shipmentsPerform data entry, filing, and recordkeepingAnswer phones and assist walk-in employees and visitorsSupport the management team with day-to-day administrative needsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year of administrative, HR support, or office experienceComfortable with word processing, data entry, and routine paperworkStrong communicator who can work with employees at all levels of the organizationHighly organized with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilitiesBilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plusWhat You'll Earn:Starting pay of $17.00/hourPaid Time Off (PTO)Anniversary BonusMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k with Company matchRoom to grow with an expanding operationDONUT WAIT - APPLY NOW!Donuts Stop Believin' is an equal opportunity employer.Work schedule:Monday to Friday8 hour shiftDunkin' - CML th Ct N, Clearwater, FL, 33760 Apply
