Job Summary Leonardo DRS is seeking multiple highly skilled, proactive, and experienced Administrative Assistants to provide comprehensive support to Senior Leadership. This position is based out of our Bridgeton, MO facility and will have the option to work an in person or hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detailed oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while ensuring day-to-day operations. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key liaison, managing calendars, coordinating meetings/travel and fostering positive relationships across the organization.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to management and/or departmentHeavy calendar management and meeting coordination/logisticsPlan, coordinate and attend leadership meetings, off-sites, team events and special eventsArrange domestic and international travel (air, hotel, ground transportation) in compliance with policyPrepare and reconcile expense reports accurately and on schedule; resolve issues and exceptionsSupport corporate card (P-Card) processes as applicable, including documentation and reconciliationCoordinate and prepare for executive meetings (agendas, pre-reads, action items, minutes as needed)Make any necessary room rental, reservation, or catering arrangementsDraft, edit, and format professional communications, presentations, and reportsSupport, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationPerform other duties as requiredQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office duties Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to make independent judgment Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Exercise sound judgment, and anticipate executive needs Team player, ability to work independently while meeting deadlines, handles a high volume of work Willing and able to travel up to 10% travelThe salary range for this position is $49,624.00/year- $64,511.00/year for the state of Illinois. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity.

Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
