Hire Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $24–$27/HR

About the Opportunity

Sterling Engineering is looking for an Administrative Clerk to support a Logistics team in Blairsville, PA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity focused heavily on data entry and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and comfortable working closely with a team.

Job Duties

• Perform heavy data entry and maintain accurate information.
• Provide administrative support to the Logistics team.
• Work closely with team members to support day-to-day logistics operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach to assigned tasks.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
• Ability to work well with a variety of team members.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment

• This is an in-office position.
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
