Based at the Southeast Aurora Maintenance Facility (SEAM), the Administrative Assistant serves at the front desk as a primary point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance front-desk responsibilities with a variety of administrative support.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Reception, mail handling, filing, and records maintenanceProvides a layer of security by screening gate and building entranceScheduling of facilities and eventsComposing correspondence, answering and referring phone calls and emailsProcessing documents, logging payments; ordering office supplies, documenting work orders and invoicesPerforming data entry, and providing basic/initial customer service activitiesAdditional responsibilities may include performing office functions such as distributing and copying documents, moving and storing items, composing forms, and standard documents and serving walk-in customersPerforms other duties as assigned.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
