Administrative Assistant 1The main function of an administrative assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by partnering with the Lead Admin and admin team and performing general office duties.Skills:Demonstrate drive and initiative to identify, solve, and follow-through on problems and to achieve results in a timely fashion with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.Strong attention to detail and ability to execute efficiently and effectively.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and cross-collaboration skills.Ability to keep information organized and confidential.Previous experience with applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Typical Day in the Role:Purpose of the Team: The sponsor is part of a security team at Microsoft and requires general administrative support providing assistance cross-org for different projects/to help provide team support.Key projects: This position will not provide calendaring or travel support.
