Admin Team Lead: Clinic Logistics (Part-Time)

Pathways Wellness Program is seeking a part-time Admin Team Lead to coordinate supplies, paperwork, and equipment for immunization clinics and wellness events. This on-site role ensures events are fully equipped and organized, with secure handling of HIPAA-sensitive documents.

The position involves trash-on-site coordination, inventory management, and liaison with the Clinic Operations Manager to resolve shortages and logistic issues. Prior admin or logistics experience is preferred.
