Admin Services Coordinator - Commuter ProgramsJoin the University of Iowa's dynamic Parking and Transportation team as an Admin Services Coordinator for Commuter Programs! In this pivotal role, you'll engage in a wide range of administrative duties and act as the go-to resource for the Commuter Programs division within Parking Services. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, dive into data analysis, and collaborate to design and launch innovative commuter initiatives that make a real difference on campus. This position is not eligible for University sponsorship for employment authorization. Duties include: enrollment in programs with administration and management of memberships through ongoing customer relations. Coordinate and monitor the Van Pool, Bicycling, Bus Pass, 380 Express, Emergency Ride Home, and UI Rideshare Programs. Provide information/materials to participants and respond to inquiries. Schedule vehicles for maintenance and delivery; communicate with the drivers. Enforces policies and administers corrective actions when appropriate. Location: West Campus Transportation Center (WCTC) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm Salary: $48,000 to commensurate.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience (typically 6 months) in administrative or customer service support role. Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience multitasking in fast paced environment. Special Qualifications: Valid driver's license and ability to meet and maintain UI Fleet Safety Standards. Desirable Qualifications: Experience coordinating or administering participant-based programs. Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
