Then you may be our perfect hero!As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with bonuses and the opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesHandle claim putting together job files, assimilate and validate that all documentation has been received from the fieldPut together estimates for customers and insurance through insurance software and prepare job file reports as neededHandle job close-outs by completing and executing job file documentation for insurance and/or customerCoordinate and manage any claim disputes with Insurance CarriersHandle insurance claims, etc., are handled with care and ensure customers are satisfied with Team Shaw service with no gaps in communicationEnsure adjuster communication is constant and transparent for maximum adjuster comfort regarding claimsHandle associated jobs to ensure integrity of the file and that the job is closed out properly and ready for invoicingManage escalated customer issues, resolving complex problems, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolutionsProviding coordination and process management for the customer through their insurance claimPosition Requirements2+ years of administrative or office-related experience2+ years of insurance-related experience using Xactimate is preferredExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plusExperience in the service industry environment, specifically emergency services (water/fire restoration), a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone at all timesPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to multi-taskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new softwareAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when requiredBenefits· Medical, Dental, and Vision · Paid Time Off · Sick Paid Time Off · Paid Parental Leave · 401k All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
